For more than twenty years, Chef/Owner Alex Ahmed has been pleasing customer's palates. His expertise in the kitchen and dining room culminates in knowing exactly how to extract maximum flavors from fresh foods and serve the delicious results in casual elegance.

Favorites such as his mouth-watering Mussels Al Vino Blanco, fabulous Zuppa De Pesce seafood extravaganza, classic Chicken Marsala and tasty Eggplant Rollitini are complimented daily by Alex's specialties from northern Italy with a "Tuscan" flavor.

Chef Alex explains, "I like to prepare food that is light and clean. A great meal should never overwhelm the palate. My goal is to offer exciting dining in Statesville with great food, a friendly dining environment and live Jazz events each month."
